This is to notify you that the 2022 Burns Banquet scheduled for January 22, 2022, at the Wisconsin Club, has been cancelled. Our overwhelming concern in cancelling the event was, and is, the health and welfare of our members and guests in the face of the latest upsurge of the COVID-19 and it mutations. We apologize to you for the inconvenience and trust that you might choose to join us in the future.
I ask for your email response in a timely manner so I may be assured that you have received this email and will not be showing up at the Wisconsin Club on the 22nd.
I also ask that you inform your guests, if any, of the cancellation, since I may not be able do so myself.
Upon receiving your response, I shall proceed to refund your money via the our online system. After you have received the online refund, I hope that you will again respond to confirm the refund action.

Wisconsin Club House Salad
Baby mesclun greens tossed with iceberg, romaine and hearts of Bibb lettuce accented with grape tomatoes, cucumber fleurons, allumette carrots and garlic basil croutons. Dressed with champagne balsamic vinaigrette.
North Atlantic Surf N’ Turf
5 oz. of Angus Top Sirloin chargrilled with garlic mushroom sauté paired with grilled Scottish Salmon accented with balsamic mixed berry relish, accompanied by Brie whipped potatoes, champagne asparagus, daisy carrots and red pepper brunoise.
Chocolate Bailey’s Mousse Dome
Served on chocolate stout cake with caramel, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings.
