Join the Saint Andrew's Society of Milwaukee's Membership Team and help connect SAS members in your area and recruit new members who share our appreciation of Scottish history, culture, and want to help spread benevolence throughout our community.
At the January board meeting, we discussed ways to increase SAS membership, at this difficult time when we are unable to promote the society in our usual ways at in-person social events (Milwaukee Scottish Games, Irish Fest and Wisconsin Scottish Games), it was suggested that we form area SAS Membership Teams.
These teams will include co-team leaders and members from that area whose role would be to communicate with other SAS members in that area, and work together to recruit new SAS members from that region.
These regions “could” include:
South (Racine / Kenosha)
Central (Milwaukee County)
West (Waukesha to Madison)
North (Northern Counties of Ozaukee / Washington / Dodge)
Far North (Oshkosh / Appleton / Green Bay)
This idea is still in its infancy stage so we need to hear from our members with ideas and a willingness to participate - especially those who would like to be a team leader or on their area team.
