Irish Fest

We have been invited to host a Scottish cultural tent this year at Irish Fest. Look for us the weekend of August 15–17 at the Henry Maier Festival Park on Milwaukee's lakefront. See you there!

Address to a Haggis

We held our annual President's Dinner this past Friday night and it was a fine time! As is our custom where haggis is served, Society Trustee Ian Day introduced the dish and recited Robert Burns' "Address to a Haggis." Enjoy!

Whisky Tasting

We had a wonderful whisky tasting last night presented by Chris Riesbeck, U.S. Brand Ambassador for Gordon & MacPhail. He discussed Independent Bottlings and presented six Gordon & MacPhail whiskies:

Linkwood – 15 yr old – 43% – Speyside
Miltonduff – 10 yr old – 43% – Speyside
Glenlivet – 15 yr old – 43% – Speyside
Mortlach – 15 yr old – 43% – Speyside
Duffton – 8 yr old – 46% – Speyside
Bunnahabhain – 8 yr old – 43% – Islay
