“Focusing on Finishes”
Saint Andrew’s Scotch Masters will discuss how different barrel finishes affect the various scotch whiskies. Each wine-finished scotch will be preceded by a small taste of the type of wine used in that particular scotch.

EDRADOUR – 13 yr old – 55.7% – Highland – Sauternes finish
TULLIBARDINE 228 – 43% – Speyside – Burgundy finish
TOMINTOUL – 12 yr old – 40% – Speyside – Sherry finish
ARRAN – 50% – Isle of Arran – Port finish
BALVENIE (Caribbean Rum Cask) – 14 yr old – 43% – Speyside

Reservations must be made with Mr. Westgaard no later than November 5th, and payment received by him no later than November 8th.
The reservation list shall be prioritized based on earliest reservation and payment. The treasurer shall maintain an Overflow List of persons wanting reservations should there be cancellations or drop outs.
